The Mill Marketplace is the renovation of a historically‐designated building located in the Old Fourth Ward, Atlanta, Georgia market. Current plans include converting the building into 26,565 square feet of leasable retail space.
The Mill is strategically located between the Atlanta Beltline (adjacent to the Mill’s eastern boundary), Historic Fourth Ward Park (a highly amenitized park adjacent to The Mill’s western boundary), the to‐be‐built North and Line apartments (adjacent to The Mill’s southern boundary), and Ponce City Market (a 1.2 million square foot residential, office and retail property directly north of The Mill). The Mill has direct access to North Avenue, a major east‐west artery connecting Midtown Atlanta to Virginia Highlands, Druid Hills and Decatur.
