Ridgewalk Self Storage is a newly delivered, Class A self-storage facility developed by Coro Realty Advisors in Woodstock, Georgia. The project features 701 climate-controlled units across three floors, with two levels offering at-grade access to optimize customer circulation and reduce vertical travel demand. The building is designed with efficient structural spans, integrated climate-control systems, and a secured access management platform consistent with modern institutional storage standards.

Coro Realty Advisors led the rezoning and entitlement process beginning in 2023, repositioning the site to accommodate a multi-story self-storage configuration within the Ridgewalk corridor. Vertical construction commenced in late 2024, incorporating advanced life-safety systems, energy-efficient mechanical design, and a façade treatment compatible with surrounding commercial development.

Ridgewalk Self Storage opened for business in late August 2025 and is currently in its lease-up phase, serving the expanding Woodstock trade area with high-quality, climate-controlled storage solutions.
